The Opportunity:
We seek a highly motivated Advanced Manufacturing Program Manager to establish and lead a comprehensive program addressing critical supply chain challenges for long lead time and obsolete parts at SRFJRMC Yokosuka, Japan. This pivotal role will develop the strategic vision and implementation roadmap for advanced manufacturing solutions directly supporting naval ship repair availabilities. The Program Manager will create processes for identifying, evaluating, and fabricating critical components using cutting edge technologies, while building cross functional relationships with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. You will establish quality control systems, develop innovative procurement strategies, and champion advanced manufacturing adoption throughout the organization to transform SRF's capability to address part obsolescence and lead time challenges, ultimately enhancing fleet readiness and operational efficiency in this mission critical environment.

Required:
10+ years of progressive experience in program or project management in complex technical environments
Demonstrated experience establishing and leading new programs from concept to operationalization
Proven track record managing complex supply chains, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
Strong understanding of parts qualification, testing, and certification processes in highly regulated industries
Experience with reverse engineering methodologies and technical data package development
Leadership skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries
Technical understanding of advanced manufacturing processes and their applications
Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to various audiences

The proposed salary range for this position is:
