The Boeing CompanyThe 777X Build Integration team is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on integrating with the 777-9/8F Manufacturing Business Units to ensure the successful completion of projects, identify and eliminate waste, and communicate engineering changes that may affect the airplane build. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to the teams they support, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability to present information to various groups of people, including senior and executive leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience in manufacturing processes, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with BPSM, RSPS, or similar tools is preferred.
Trained in the BPSM
Experience facilitating group activities
Experience managing/leading PROTRAC projects
Experience researching issues using OPHATS
Experience using the SAT system
Proficient at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Excellent communication skills across multiple roles and levels w/ the ability to speak to large groups and/or leadership
Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
