The salary range for this role, based in Dallas, is $101,920.00 to $127,400.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary
The Manager, Commercial Planning & Programming plays a critical role in driving organizational performance by transforming strategy into measurable goals, actionable insights, and meaningful reporting. This role designs and manages planning frameworks, monitors performance outcomes, and delivers analytical insights that support data-driven decision making. Leveraging tools such as Power BI, this position ensures leaders have clear visibility into organizational progress and improvement opportunities. What you’ll do
Develop annual and quarterly planning frameworks, translating organizational strategy into measurable KPIs and structured performance goals.
Lead goal-setting workshops with business unit leaders to establish aligned, data-driven objectives following OKR/KPI methodologies.
Monitor performance against targets by conducting variance analysis and highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Consolidate data from multiple sources to automate reporting and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
Deliver actionable insights and scenario analyses that support senior leadership in strategic and operational decision-making.
Prepare and present performance review materials for leadership meetings, enabling clear communication of progress and gaps.
Improve planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes to strengthen organizational performance management capabilities.

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in business planning, performance management, or business analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
Experience implementing or managing goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, or Balanced Scorecard.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting tools.
