Why this role?

The KBS Processing Executive (1 year contract) reports to a KBS Team Leader and is responsible for the accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of transactions within the KBS scope (e.g., Cash and Bank, Master Data, Contract Administration and Billing, Reporting, or Purchase-to-Pay).
This role is typical for a Business Service Centre environment and plays a key part in delivering efficient and reliable business services.

What will you be doing?

As a Processing Executive, you will be an individual contributor with specialized knowledge in one or more processes or sub-processes. You will apply your expertise to support KBS operations and contribute to documentation, training, testing, and reporting activities.

  • Create and maintain (modify, convert, extend, block, delete) master data for the NBS/MOD process.

  • Ensure all data input is accurate and complete.

  • Execute data entry or modifications requested by the Front Officer and approved by the Process Manager.

  • Contact Front Officers when additional information is required.

  • Execute and update process documentation.

  • Register and process incoming and outgoing documents in a timely manner.

  • Perform daily reconciliation and take corrective actions when necessary.

  • Request additional documentation from Local Front Officers as needed.

  • Log issues, discuss with, or escalate to the Team Leader.

  • Provide inputs for reporting.

  • Support process improvement and harmonization activities.

  • Participate in team meetings, process analysis, and improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure process KPIs are met and deliver work with high-quality standards.

  • Take responsibility for complex processing activities.

  • Check documents against company business rules and highlight deviations.

  • Communicate and follow up with local supervisors via email or workflow tools when issues arise.

  • Act as a super user for specific processes and/or applications within the team.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leaders or Managers, including reporting and cross-process support.

  • Ensure reporting KPI targets are achieved.

  • Contribute to or initiate process improvement and harmonization efforts.

Are you the one?

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience with SAP is an advantage.

  • Strong service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
