Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Conduct sales activities to solicit new customer, deposit, digital engagement and lending business etc. to achieve assigned targets and other KPIs.
• Promote the functionalities, offers and benefits of our e-banking and inMotion services to customers at retail branches.
• Acquire new customers through own network and collaboration with branch colleagues and other business units within the Bank.
• Educate and assist customer to use our ATM, e-channels (i.e. Internet Banking, inMotion) and offer support and resolution to their operational issues.
• Enhance and maintain good customer relationship so as to solicit business opportunities by proactively rendering best-in-class service and cross-selling of the banking product.
• Provide professional services to bank customers.
• Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement.
• Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the Bank’s interests.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
• Proactively seek to understand and meet customer needs by being attentive and resourceful and able to ask the customers questions to better understand their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
• Secondary education or above
• With basic knowledge of online banking services
• With customer service experience in retail banking will be an advantage
• Strong sales drive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
