HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations across onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Prepare and maintain employee contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in Workday, including probation tracking and contract renewals.
  • Handle Work Pass matters and support AIA insurance administration, including staff movement.
  • Maintain employee training records and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including basic system orientation (Workday – Time Tracking, Absence, Personal Details).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and employee changes.
  • Administer leave and attendance records in compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, leave, turnover, contract expiry).
  • Respond to general HR queries and support HR initiatives and audits.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR administrative or support experience (fresh graduates with relevant HR internships may be considered).

Skills & Competencies

  • Familiar with Workday; Oracle or SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable with Excel.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment practices is an advantage.

  • Able to manage routine tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
