About the role
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Leadership Development team, playing a central role in shaping and delivering leadership development processes across all levels, countries and functions in our company. The role reports to the Group Leadership Development Manager.
What will be your challenges?
In this role, you will own and manage the leadership development toolbox that helps managers learn from others, learn about themselves, and apply these tools within their teams. You will join a team focused on developing leaders across the Company and enabling them to make the most of this toolbox.
This may require:
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies, as well as external vendors
- Executing and analysing initiatives to ensure progress and impact across the organisation, while gaining exposure to people development practices across our countries and functions
This role offers a strong opportunity for high‑performing candidates from Human Resources, consulting, organisational or behavioural psychology, or similar fields, with strong analytical skills and a desire to transition into a corporate role with high exposure and direct impact.
Key responsibilities
Project‑manage 360° Processes across the Company
- Plan and run 360° processes for individuals or cohorts of leaders at all levels
- Organise 360° debriefs by mobilising and coordinating internal and external resources
- Proactively manage our pool of internal debriefers to build scale, recommend recognition mechanisms, and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Own the analysis of 360° results for collective campaigns and propose follow‑up leadership development actions
- Ensure 360° reports are used by participants to support development discussions and by the Talent Management team to inform leaders’ development plans
Project‑manage Coaching & Mentoring processes
- Drive the expansion and continuous optimisation of our Coaching and Mentoring resources, increasing visibility across the company
- Set up and track coaching agreements and mentoring relationships for specific individuals
- Manage the pool of recommended coaches and mentors
- Propose and develop evaluation and tracking methods for coaching and mentoring effectiveness
Participate in other leadership development activities
- Budget and vendor management
- Maintain and evolve our collaboration tools (Talent SharePoint) as a key storing and sharing platform
- Contribute to designing, reviewing and building leadership development programmes for specific audiences
- Manage the use of self‑awareness and personality tools within our Leadership Development approach, including generating reports and supporting team effectiveness interventions
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Organisation Design or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, PMO or similar hands‑on roles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex challenges
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and make things happen
- Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders in dynamic environments
- High level of ownership, proactivity and adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Nice to have
- Exposure to people development, leadership development, training design or human resources
- Experience working in international or multi‑market organisations
