The NEXT Graduate Trainee Program is an innovative initiative dedicated to fostering the next generation of leaders in the insurance industry. Leveraging rotational practices, professional empowerment, and resource connectivity, the program equips graduates to achieve an exceptional career future aligned with organizational development.

 

On the program you will have:

Holistic Perspective: Participate in 12-month cross-functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of core functional operations.
Empowered Development: Combine customized training with practical experience to solidify professional capabilities at a deep level.
Mentor Support: Benefit from precisely matched dedicated mentors to facilitate your personal career growth.
Functional Exposure: Explore five parallel functional tracks including Asset Management, Operation Management, Tech Marketing, Product Actuarial, and Financial Actuarial.
