Global Sales Lead is together with rest of segment team responsible for definition of segment strategy and driving of implementation of segment sales part of strategy together with global sales channel teams and markets.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Prepare and maintain segment (sales focused) SWOT based on segment KPI’s and market situation in Key Markets.
  • Provide sales directions and ambitions for regions as input for yearly planning process.
  • Monitor and review segment planning on level of key markets and regions.
  • Monitor and review actual sales performance, analyze discrepancies.
  • Define and monitor sales KPIs for the given segment. Be responsible for reporting and monitoring of segment sales performance in given segment, analyze reasons of under/overperformance with regions and markets, challenge and propose corrective measures.
  • Participate on validation of regional segment targets feasibility and breaking down top line KPIs into regional “Jobs to be done” and “key Activities” with measurable KPIs.
  • Be responsible for driving segment sales growth through the execution of approved initiatives aimed at improving sales performance or mitigating potential declines.
  • Be responsible for development of sales and business of assigned segments worldwide.
  • Be responsible for assessing and prioritization of business opportunities related to direct or indirect channel of sales for given segment.
  • Create, maintain and execute sales programs, activities on pilot markets in order to maximize revenues.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for sales programs, activities and evaluate results. Participate on ideation and revenues side of business cases for each activity.
  • Create and deliver presentations, and conduct webinars on sales strategy, direction, programs, and activities for regions and partners.
  • Coordinate mapping of market and customers’ requirements for new product version and services.
  • Cooperate on creation and execution of sales go-to-market strategy for global product releases.
  • Actively participate on mid-long term segment strategy definition. Collaborate with the managing employee on the sales aspect of strategy, including high-level sales planning for the mid to long term and translating sales ambitions into actionable initiatives.
  • Identify, analyze and conceptualize with support of managing employee or senior colleague new direct and indirect sales business opportunities in assigned segment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ESET business operations, including internal processes, functional group strategies, and competitive context.
  • Proactively create, spread and discuss vision for sales segment with relevant regional office and HQ employees.
  • Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.


REQUIREMENTS
Education:

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Years of work experience: 8 years is optimum
  • At least in 3 years in (sales) business development and/or sales strategy or transformation program execution.


Knowledge:

  • Great analytical and business planning skills
  • Ability to bridge business processes and requirements with BI/system data; ability to evaluate performance and analyze disturbences.
  • Lay down assumptions/hypotezis and be able to validate/invalidate them; ability to review bottom-up build plans from planning entities and define directions for planning on agregated regional and kye markets level (yearly planning cycle)
  • Project management trainings (certified/ uncertified) - execution of pilot projects
  • Great Presentation skills in EN language - ability to prepare and present presentation to large audiences on live events, online and webinars
  • Ability to build Expertise in Segment - ability to identify sources of (business/sales) segment know how in EP/Security/IT markets ; make concepts suggest improvement initiatives to overcome identified gap in ESET, share the know how internally.

Basic wage component (gross): from 3000 EUR 

  • Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 30% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
