The scale of this opportunity is exceptional. You will be responsible for building a new global division, with a clear career pathway to lead our entire commercial engine as the business grows. The Role
This is a 100% commercial and growth-focused role. We aren't looking for a manager; we are looking for the person who will own the entire front-end of our international business. You will be supported by the established operational engine of the business, allowing you to focus entirely on market growth with zero drag. Your mission is to take a successful Australian business and turn it into a global leader that wins in every major mining hub around the world.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Global Growth Strategy: Design and own the "Seed then Harvest" strategy. You will first build a high-impact Capital Sales model to win specifications, build pipeline, and close project deals. This creates the installed base that then fuels our Aftermarket Sales model growth. You will sequence this entry across key global hubs, likely including Toronto, Denver, Santiago, Dubai, and Johannesburg.
- Market Entry & Scale-Up: You own the execution of the strategy and the delivery of profitable growth. While you will initially act as a "team of one," you will build and lead the high-performing international sales teams required to scale globally.
- Global Brand Development: Partner with our Marketing team to build Beaver’s brand. You will ensure brand awareness is built in target markets 6–12 months before we have "boots on the ground" to ensure we are a known entity to Tier-1 clients.
- Talent Build-Out: Architect the global team structure. You will identify and recruit the "A-Player" Key Account Managers and regional leaders needed to scale the division, eventually building the management structure to lead the global front-end.
- Product & Acquisition Opportunities: Identify technical product variations required to win in specific regions. You will also identify strategic acquisition targets that can provide product gap-fills or beachheads in new markets.
You will join our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Founder to architect our international growth. While you will initially start as a "team of one" to establish the international division, you have the full backing of a 110-person organization growing at 20-30 people per year.

Experience
- Mineral Process Industry DNA: You have deep experience in mineral process, likely with a technical OEM, so you can act as a technical peer to EPCM engineers.
- Builder Track Record: You have proven experience building businesses - a new region, a new division, or taking a whole business to the next level.

- Profile 1 — The Proven Builder: You are an ambitious leader with 10-15+ years experience, proven business-building track record, and serious drive to 'make your mark'. You likely have experience in leading the commercial growth of one or more mineral process OEMs (ideally privately-owned). You seek a high-speed, Founder-backed environment where you will be valued and rewarded like a partner.
- Profile 2 — The Step-Up Growth Lead: You are a highly-motivated leader with 10+ years experience, and strong desire to be "thrown the ball" to grow a business. You have a track record of driving significant business growth in the mineral process market (both personally and leading a small team). You are now hungry for the entrepreneurial opportunity to step-up and build something big.
