We are professional insurance brokers who act as intermediaries between clients and insurance companies, assisting our corporate clients in identifying the solution that best suits their needs in terms of risk management practices and financial controls, balancing premiums against a recommended level of cover.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining positive client relationships by supporting account servicing, underwriting processes, and claims assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate and prepare insurance quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the review and verification of policy documents for new cases and renewals, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insurance advice, address client inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely information to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Assist in Property and Casualty (P&C) broking, including corporate risk and personal lines.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • University degree holder in Business Studies / Actuarial Studies / Insurance/ Data Science programmes or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance broking is an advantage.
  • Passed in IIQE Licensing Examinations (Paper 1, 2) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
