Circle K is looking for an experienced and events-driven Events specialist to join our Enterprise Events Team.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who can lead the planning, development, and execution of high-quality corporate events. In this role, you will manage event projects from concept to delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with Circle K’s brand, objectives, and business priorities.

This role can be based in any Business Unit within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management some of the corporate events, from concept development through execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, formats, and success metrics.
  • Manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient delivery and cost control.
  • Source and manage vendors, venues, and partners, negotiating pricing and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the development of creative concepts, event experiences, and program enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver event proposals, internal presentations, and post-event reports.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in event formats and experiences.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience managing corporate events, conferences, or large-scale business gatherings.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from planning through execution.
  • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple event projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative programs is a plus.
  • Strong creativity and awareness of trends in hospitality, events, and experiences.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends when required for events. Travel up to 50%, internalational travel required
