Job Summary

• The First Tier Engineer provides first-level technical support for prime enterprise customers.
• This role is responsible for initial diagnostics and troubleshooting of enterprise network and ICT solutions.
• The position ensures service continuity and timely communication with customers in accordance with OLA standards.

Job Description

  • Work in rotating shift schedules including 24x7 operations.
  • Perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting for enterprise solutions.
  • Support EDS services such as MPLS, SD-WAN, and 5G networks.
  • Provide support for Mobile Services including M2M and SMS solutions.
  • Handle ICT services such as IoT, Cloud, and Firewall solutions.
  • Act as the ticket owner and proactively update incident progress to customers within OLA timelines.
  • Ensure all customer services are fully restored and operating normally after incident resolution.

Qualifications

  • Age between 22–35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in User IT Support or Network Support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and enterprise IT environments.
  • Familiarity with network equipment from Cisco, Raiscom, FiberHome, Huawei, or ZTE is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts.
  • Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
