Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Greeting and welcoming visitors including coordination with employees to escort visitors to specific areas or correct offices.
- Managing day-to-day incoming and outgoing calls and maintaining the Company's telephone directory.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching incoming and outgoing mails and parcels for local and international.
- Responsible for maintaining all internal meeting rooms to ensure rooms are clean & presentable including managing Room Availability as requested.
- Monitoring and maintaining an adequate inventory of office and pantry supplies.
- Placing orders and issuing of all admin-related Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
- Processing all admin-related invoices/ tax invoices and submitting to Finance Coordinates and arranges business travels for staff including support for visa application and hotel reservations for visitors when requested.
- Coordinating and maintaining records for Administrative and Facilities related databases.
- Provide administrative support such as arranging transportation, car parking card, and mobile phone service etc.
- Overseeing office facility and safety matters and liaising with respective landlord/building management and vendors to resolve any issues.
- Overseeing and maintaining the overall office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace.
- Arranging and liaising with supplier/ vendor/ contractor for office repair and maintenance
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Communication, Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient knowledge of G-Suite application
- Good in verbal and written communication skills Thai and English
- Well organization, time management, multi-tasking, hands-on, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under high pressure with fast-paced work environment
