General Description
Responsible for EMC testing in E chamber and shielding rooms, test item such as Radiated Emission, Conducted Emission, Magnetic Emission, Radiated Immunity, Bulk current injection, Magnetic Immunity, human magnetic exposure, ESD, Conducted Immunity etc.
EMC, electrical test of HV and LV products, such as eDrive ,OBC,ECU etc.
Follow up EMC lab management and compliance with ISO17025.
Has a sense of self-motivation and can work overtime.
Can perform shift work, 3shifts take turns : 1st shift 8:00-17:00,2nd shift 16:00-24:00,3rd shift 0:00-9:00
Candidate should adopt work in shifts, especially 3rd shift
Key Accountabilities
- Accurately execute EMC test including test preparation, test bench setup, testing data acquire, test record, test report etc.
- Run eDrive working mode according to Product WI with diagnostic tool, CANaylzer etc.
- The handling, assembly, debugging and storage as well as shipment of the tested eDrive products.
- Laboratory quality control activities, including test comparisons, environmental monitoring, equipment calibration and maintenance, etc.
- Assist the EE engineers in conducting the investigation of EMC failures in the products.
- Meet Departmental Cost / Quality / Objectives.
- Lab 5s and SHITSUKE.
- Other relative work supervisor assigned.
Key Competencies
- Junior college or above degree in Electrical/electronics, 3 years or above working experience in EMC test area.
- Primary English reading / writing.
- Good test skill in EMC, electrical, function test. Familiar with test equipment and test software, dyno,receiver, spectrum, signal generator, amplifer, oscilloscope, network analyzer, EMC32, Toyo etc.
- Has test experience on the test standard ISO11452, CISPR25, ISO7637 and Volvo, BMW OEM standards etc.
- Has experience with CAN tools such as CANoe/CANaylzer.
- Positive attitude and Team oriented.
- Integrity and honest in relation with company, clients and co-operators.
- Trouble shoot skill in testing.
- Strong body for eDrive carry work .
- Strong sense of safety in the work.
- Good PC application skill is must.
- Good understanding of Inverter/OBC/DCDC Products will be an added advantage.
- Electrician license is preferred.
- Forklift operator license is preferred.
