Task description:
Develop and steer the future industrial system architecture to meet DDMS ambitions, ensuring the digital and physical systems are fully integrated
Define the end-to-end future Industrial PDP process, establishing all intermediate milestones, deliverable definitions, and maturity gates
Lead the delivery of fuselage industrial requirements into the Co-design process, utilizing MBSE bricks and trade studies to influence product architecture
Define the industrial Value Chain methodology and build strategic Business Models with the Extended Enterprise to ensure supply chain alignment with PDP requirements
Specify Digital Twin content and develop the enabling Processes, Methods, and Tools (PM&T) required to drive the industrial system
Formalize new industrial Verification & Validation (V&V) plans and define methodologies to ensure production rate achievement throughout the development cycle
Prepare a strategic Transformation Plan to bridge skills gaps and manufacturing engineering job evolutions for the future industrial landscape
Train the architect community on new processes and provide the technical assumptions necessary for supplier contracts within the extended enterprise
Creation of required documentation and presentation of work results
Required qualifications:
The job requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant, completed university degree with a standard period of study of up to four years in field of Industrial Engineering or comparable courses of study and advanced subject-specific additional qualifications or completed vocational training with corresponding, particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualifications. The required knowledge and experience may also have been acquired through other means
Required expertise:
Advanced knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
Advanced knowledge and experience in the area of manufacturing and lines development and production execution through programme development, major modifications or serial activities
Advanced knowledge and experience in System Engineering approach , MBSE, Digital Twin & Industrial Tolerancing
Advanced knowledge and experience in project management or sub-project management with experience in an international environment
High resilience in time-critical and technically critical situations
High level of motivation, analytical thinking and confident team leadership skills
Independent and results-orientated way of thinking and working
Business Fluent in German and English, French or Spanish language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally on business, domestically and abroad
