Director of Operations
Business Services Team
The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of ScribeConcepts’ internal business functions, including HR operations, financial operations support, company systems administration, and operational process management.
This role serves as a key leader responsible for translating strategic operational direction into clear systems, workflows, and team execution.
The DO oversees internal operational infrastructure and ensures that the company’s people systems, financial workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and transparently across the organization.
This position requires a strong blend of people leadership, financial awareness, operational discipline, and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

- Oversee operational administration of key company platforms, including SmartSheet, QuickBooks, Ramp, Gusto, Greenhouse, and other operational software tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations leadership, business administration, HR operations, financial operations, or organizational management.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing business operations, internal systems, and operational process management.
- Strong experience working with HR processes, financial workflows, and operational reporting systems.
- Experience with business tools such as SmartSheet, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar operational platforms.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain operational clarity in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, HR management, finance, or related field preferred.
Status
This is a full-time, remote position. Some travel will be required.
The Director of Operations reports to the Senior Director of Business Operations.

Compensation
$105,000
This position is eligible for a profit-sharing bonus, per ScribeConcepts Profit Sharing policy.
