Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job Purpose:
 

The Customer Onboarding Specialist will be required to oversee the onboarding of customers from application submission to account creation through multiple ERP systems within the Americas that involves many different groups, people, and forms. Increase company revenue through new incremental business. Tasks include performing various data assessments, data entry, creating defined and actionable tasks to guide applications to completion, etc. The COB Specialist will also need to provide feedback and contribute ideas on streamlining the onboarding and training process.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and set-up of an account from end-to-end (application submission to sending of welcome letter)
• Provide excellent Customer Service through research, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or resolution
• Identifying root cause problems and proposing solutions for customer concerns, process related issues, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) is required

High School Graduate is required

Associates Degree with emphasis on Business & Analytics is preferred

Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

 Possesses strong data entry skills.

Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.

Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
