We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our CPS Argentina team — someone who is passionate about driving engineering excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on‑time and on‑budget, and upholding our highest quality standards. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing engineering projects aligned with our KORE and ISO requirements, while supervising the annual CAPEX budget.

What You’ll Do for Us
Project Execution
- Manage technical specifications for bidding processes to obtain accurate, comparable budgets for projects.
- Create and track purchase orders to support project execution.
- Supervise contractors and suppliers during project delivery to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Empower and train supervisors and operators in areas where projects are implemented to ensure smooth process start‑up.
- Identify and develop new suppliers to strengthen our vendor base.
- Plan and conduct projects with minimal disruption to routine operations.
- Ensure all project execution adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP/FSSC conditions.
Engineering Management
- Coordinate and monitor the entire CAPEX budget, including projects led internally and by external consultants or other functional areas.
- Lead project management discussions in monthly meetings, SPP sessions, and Annual Operations Plan (PAO) reviews, providing clear updates at CPS level.
- Manage RFA for CAPEX, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure all engineering processes meet KORE, international standards, applicable legal requirements, and customer expectations.
- Actively contribute to the deployment and achievement of the annual CAPEX budget.
What Are the Qualifications Needed
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in food or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing budgets.
Skills

- Analytical thinking skills to assess complex data and develop solutions.
- Creativity in problem‑solving and openness to new approaches.

Education
- Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
