The Opportunity:
 

This position will assist both the Purchasing Card Program and the Travel Card Program, requiring strong collaboration with peers in a fast-paced, innovative and progressive environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily auditing of credit card expenses submitted, verifying policy compliance and proper documentation.

  • Assist cardholders with allowability issues and questions.

  • Reclassing mis-coded expenses.

  • Process new card applications

  • Balance monthly statement and prepare payment.

  • Monitor shared inbox for general card questions and issues.

  • Assist Travel Card programs with duties assigned as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.

  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Excel.   

  • Experience using analytical skills.

Desired:

  • Experience with corporate credit card programs a plus.

  • Maintain the highest levels of character, fairness, business ethics and personal ethics.

  • Solid oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$46,600 - $95,600
