Position Summary
A career in Compliance and Standards will provide the opportunity to assess compliance of the overall organization. Role may coordinate and conduct the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/ authorities. This may include developing programs and processes to manage complaint cases brought to regulatory authorities and developing process improvements to avoid future complaints. Additionally, this role may meet with external business and align corporate strategy with compliance standards and procedures.Essential Functions:
This role will develop professional expertise and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Employees will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. It is expected that employee will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Additionally, employees will build productive internal/external working relationships.
It is expected that your role applies intermediate level skills to projects or assignments within own group/project team. You will receive general instructions on routine work and receive detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Your role typically reports to Managers.
The level and nature of interaction of your role includes: Working under direct guidance on a component of a project, interacting primarily within the job family. This is a role that contributes through own efforts and application of expertise, skills, or tasks.

Compensation Range:
$50,250 - 80,400We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
