You will run the rhythms of the business—calendars, meetings, travel, events, and project support—while elevating quality through precise reporting and presentations. Accountabilities:
Executive Operations: Manage dynamic calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, handle travel logistics, and process expenses to keep senior leaders focused on outcomes.
Event and Initiative Orchestration: Plan and deliver events and cross-functional projects that build momentum, strengthen partnerships, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
Presentation and Reporting Excellence: Create polished presentations and accurate reports that inform decisions and shape strategy.
Workflow and Records Stewardship: Maintain reliable records, streamline processes, and resolve queries quickly so teams can operate without friction.
Knowledge and Access Management: Administer SharePoint sites and distribution lists to keep information organized, secure, and easy to find.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Foster inclusive collaboration, gather feedback, and implement improvements that simplify how teams work together.
Technology Enablement: Use productivity platforms and AI tools to automate routine tasks and increase throughput with measurable efficiency gains.
Leadership Support and Follow-through: Capture meeting minutes, track actions, and ensure commitments are met, turning decisions into delivery.
Prioritization and Pace: Triage competing demands, focus on what matters most, and sustain high-quality output under pressure.

Essential Skills/Experience:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expenses for leaders and teams.
Organize and support events, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports with strong attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records, support workflow, and resolve queries promptly.
Administer SharePoint sites and distribution lists.
Foster collaboration and promote continuous improvement across teams.
Leverage technology, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Take meeting minutes and support senior leaders as needed.
Prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint administration.
Experience coordinating complex programs in a global, matrixed environment and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
Confidence working with data, dashboards, and templates to standardize reporting and improve transparency.
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity platforms and automation tools to streamline workflows.
Strong written communication, discretion with confidential information, and a track record of concise, actionable minutes.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or relevant certifications in project coordination or business administration.
