THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an Automation QC, Senior Lead who
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Work closely with manual test leads and team members to implement automation testing for various projects and system enhancement, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, mobile applications.
- Collaborate with manual testing teams to identify and implement automation solutions for current testing processes.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using best practices testing process and tools.
- Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in test automation.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to understand the scope and requirements of testing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation (including Web application, Mobile Application, API testing, performance testing...).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or similar
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies (Test process, test technique, test type, tools...).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with related stakeholders.
- Ability to remain agile and work effectively with shifting priorities.
- Be a curious learner to enhance knowledge and experience in new technologies and testing best practices.
