What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate work team, seeking guidance from colleagues as needed
  • Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under the supervisor's direction, with regular review for technical judgment
  • Support full-life cycle recruitment needs across all business units, including job postings, interview coordination, and preliminary screenings
  • Manage vendor coordination and processing for both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) operations
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and manage talent data to build talent pipelines and mapping
  • Increase candidate flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing creative sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions
  • Update the applicant tracking system and achieve recruitment metrics against global TA targets, ensuring a strong positive client and candidate experience
  • Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development, adhering to diversity sourcing strategies
  • Work in a structured environment using established procedures, exercising judgment with reliance on the supervisor, and proactively creating a diverse talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • A BA/BS with 1+ years of experience, an associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience using an ATS, Workday preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Office and social media/networking sites
  • A positive continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member in a matrix environment

 

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Experience in a direct recruiter role internally within Pfizer or within a large corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies
  • Experience in an external recruitment role
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-starter who is accountable and driven by a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills
