As a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement, you’ll drive key initiatives that advance how hiring works across the business. From system enhancements to AI-driven automation to recruitment marketing, you’ll lead programs that improve the tools, workflows, and experiences that enable store leaders and recruiters to hire faster and more effectively. Your work will directly shape hiring outcomes and how candidates experience our brand.
Your Day Consists Of
• Driving AI and automation initiatives that streamline workflows and improve recruiter and candidate experiences
• Leading workstreams within TA system enhancements and implementations, including planning, testing, rollout coordination, and post-launch optimization
• Improving the performance and adoption of Talent Acquisition systems including ATS and CRM platforms through ongoing enhancements and user enablement
• Owning execution and optimization of recruitment marketing programs across job boards and channels, testing approaches to improve applicant quality and conversion
• Managing vendor relationships for assigned platforms, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities to improve results and optimize spend
• Using hiring data and funnel insights to identify trends, inform priorities, and drive measurable improvements in hiring performance
• Enabling store leaders and recruiters with tools, resources, and guidance that make hiring simpler, faster, and more consistent across every location
• Building and maintaining reporting, documentation, and training materials that support adoption and continuous improvement
You’ll Be Successful With
• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or TA enablement with ownership of projects, programs, or key workstreams
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to improve workflows, efficiency, or user experience
• Strong working knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms, with experience supporting enhancements or optimizations
• Experience contributing to system implementations, upgrades, or technology rollouts
• Solid understanding of recruitment marketing channels including job boards and campaign execution
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work forward
• An engaging, effective communication style with the ability to influence and enable recruiters, store leaders, and candidates
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
