Job Summary: You will serve as an Aircraft Production Manager in the Production Branch of the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Production Division of the Aircraft Department of FRCMA.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional AIRCRAFT PRODUCTION MANAGER performing some or all of the following duties:1) Utilizing experience in trade skills related to aircrafts and/or components to modify manufacturing processes, procedures, and tolerances; 2) Managing employees across all trades and labor occupations and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in aviation maintenance and aviation maintenance management; 3) Planning and directing work to be completed by subordinates, while managing funding, manpower, and long range production plans; 4) Developing improved aviation maintenance methods and processes to increase efficiency and quality; and 5) Managing production requirements as outlined in the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), to ensure deadlines are met within budget.
