The Global Affiliate Network Quality Team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) across our network of Affiliates and Direct Markets worldwide. We are a crucial function within the organization, focused on maintaining regulatory compliance, driving continuous quality improvement, and supporting the compliant supply of both clinical and commercial materials to our customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as an Affiliate Network Regional Quality Lead. This role will serve as the Matrix Lead for a combination of regions, overseeing in-country quality operations and driving the implementation of our global Quality Management System (QMS). This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge in GMP/GDP, and a proactive, customer-centric approach to quality assurance.
Serve as the Matrix Lead for quality oversight of in-country GMP/GDP operations in the assigned Region(s).
Ensure the effective implementation of Quality requirements and standards in the Region(s), ensuring consistency and regulatory readiness.
Deliver regional priorities aligned with network-wide strategy, supporting resource allocation, and maintaining work priorities to meet goals.
Develop and drive Regional Quality Improvement Plans, performing continuous monitoring of regional performance and triggering action plans to address gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain, PD, and the Affiliate Quality Network to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Provide technical expertise and develop strategies to resolve complex and high risk quality issues within the Region(s), notify and escalate to Senior Management regional risks, and gaps.
Act as a coach/mentor for less experienced colleagues, supporting their development.
Demonstrated experience serving as a Matrix Lead without formal line management responsibilities.
Strong ability to prioritize and align resources to accomplish key objectives.
Demonstrated ability to clearly convey objectives, deadlines and expectations and achieve results
Goal-directed, persistent; driven to achieve objectives and holding self and others accountable for meeting commitments.
Strong technical expertise to ensure a compliant supply of clinical and commercial material and maintain audit/inspection readiness.
Experience deploying complex multi-country solutions and improvements
Proven skill as a coach/mentor for less experienced colleagues, supporting organizational evolution.
