Purpose

Perform the management of customer calls through different repositories, analyzing and executing the negotiations within the expectations previously defined by geographic area and customer portfolio, as well as in accordance with the pre-established procedures and KPI's. Transform RFQ and PO cases into orders when necessary in the ERP tool. Offer back-end support in customer service.

Main responsibilities

  • Receive and register Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO) in a timely manner in the system, ensuring that all information is correct;
  • Interpret RFQs and POs, seeking technical advice if appropriate;
  • Actively use the system to understand and track specific customer information and requirements;
  • Resolve any order-related issues, including suggestions for order redirection, if appropriate;
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with the client, informing about any irregularities related to RFQs or POs;
  • Verify that the amounts of the requisitions are in accordance with the legal limits and existing credit policies;
  • Collect information necessary to assist in the investigation and resolution of invoices;
  • Fulfill all the tasks delegated by the Superior and the Manager and receive guidance from the Plenary.
  • Request help from the Full and Senior Coordinators, as well as the Supervisor and Manager whenever necessary
