This position is an integral part of Harris William’s Workplace Services team, responsible for our London office. The Workplace Services site coordinator will plan, coordinate and conduct a broad range of services that allow our London office to operate more efficiently and make a difference in employees’ productivity and workplace satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to facilities and equipment maintenance, supplies ordering/stocking, emergency management practices, managing vendor contracts and space management. This person will evaluate and recommend changes or additions to service offerings in coordination with the Director of Corporate Real Estate, ensuring a one firm approach. The workplace services team's mission is to achieve a professionally productive and personally fulfilling experience for all employees at the firm.
