About the Project
This role supports ACCIONA’s corporate functions across our Australian infrastructure business. The team underpins successful delivery of major civil, water, transport and geotechnical projects by providing high quality administrative, commercial and operational support.
About the Opportunity
The Team Assistant provides day to day support to corporate leaders and teams. The role coordinates workflows, manages documentation, schedules meetings and keeps information organised and accessible. You work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations across the business.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
Prepare documents and track correspondence
Support reporting and data updates
Maintain registers and records
Assist with onboarding tasks
Manage travel and logistics
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong admin support experience
Solid MS Office skills
Clear communication skills
Proven coordination ability
