Job Summary

The Experience Services Ambassador is responsible for the delivery of amazing client and customer experiences within a corporate environment. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for service and safety, excellent communication and people skills and enthusiasm for hospitality-focused service delivery. The right person for this role is solution-focused and calm under pressure, has strong administrative skills, works well on a highly collaborative team, and learns new technologies easily.  The position will be supported as an integral part of Experience Services and Integrated Facilities Management.  

Key Responsibilities

Core functions include:

  • Support corporate office operations which includes functions such as conference room support; escorting visitors; catering assistance; parking validations; coat/luggage check; vending; and office coffee services.
  • Serve as a host on conference center floors, greeting and engaging visitors, employees and vendors in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner
  • Connect to the goals, initiatives and KPIs of the Experience Services Team, ensuring alignment and measurable value creation.
  • Maintain knowledge of all services, initiatives, and events on the client site, partnering with other work streams to ensure a hospitality approach across workplace experience services. 
  • Perform facilities quality assurance checks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of all areas.
  • Work across teams to proactively communicate and prepare for meetings and events, to anticipate and address concerns and to ensure operations without incident.
  • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintain host desks, conference rooms, and work cafés to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized and reflective of brand standards.
  • Maintains environment by monitoring building and equipment controls where applicable.
  • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems.
  • Participate in continued trainings to update knowledge of Fire & Life Safety protocols.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no privacy breech, security incident or disruption to the Client’s operations occur.
  • Implement and monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Assist with maintaining office supply inventory levels.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments to support a seamless and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years previous customer service or hospitality related experience
  • Education: Some college

  • Skillset:  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Minimal Physical Activity:  Ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
