The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Working Student (m/f/*) in Digital Marketing & Content Creation within 3M’s Consumer Business Group for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), you will support international marketing activities with a strong focus on digital content, omnichannel execution and digital shelf optimization.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the EMEA Channel Marketing Team in digital marketing projects and channel-specific content programs

• Assisting in the creation and optimization of digital content, including product images, enhanced images, videos, and A+ content

• Helping improve digital shelf presence, online visibility, and omnichannel brand execution

• Contributing to the implementation of the annual EMEA content creation and content syndication plan

• Ensuring digital assets are visible and accessible for Marketing and Sales teams across EMEA

• Coordinating with agencies, global teams, content specialists, and external suppliers

• Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and driving them forward in an independent and structured way

Your Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Digital Content, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communication, eCommerce or alternatively, a strong personal passion for digital content creation, visual communication and online marketing

• Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, websites, content creation and digital brand experiences

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders in an international environment

• A self-reliant, proactive and responsible working style

• Very good written and spoken English

Preferred qualifications:

• First experience in content creation, digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, or online campaigns

• A good eye for design, imagery and digital presentation

• Basic understanding of photography, image editing, or visual asset creation
