Workforce Data Coordinator

Quezon City Full time

We’re looking for a Workforce Data Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide Tier 1B HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organizations procedure documents and agreed service levels with customers and stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Process and monitor Workday transactions (e.g., job changes, hires, terminations, compensation updates) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide first-level support to employees and managers on Workday navigation, self-service, and issue resolution
  • Manage HRIS ticket queues and ensure all requests are handled and completed within agreed SLAs
  • Maintain data accuracy and security, ensuring high-quality data entry and strict compliance with confidentiality standards
  • Update and maintain knowledge base, process documentation, and work instructions to ensure consistency and standardization
  • Develop process expertise to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency and service delivery

Required Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HRIS support.
  • Background and proficiency with Workday system
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Amenable for mid shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools 
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences. 
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
