What You'll Do:
Translate high-level regulatory strategies into actionable plans and deliverables
Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely analysis to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to align regulatory activities with business priorities and long-term goals
Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, testimony, and supporting documentation
Support senior leaders in settlement negotiations, technical conferences, and stakeholder engagements
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all regulatory submissions
Build and maintain trusted relationships with commission staff, industry peers, and external partners
Represent the Company in regulatory forums and working groups, advocating for its positions with professionalism and credibility
Coordinate with external legal counsel and consultants to support regulatory initiatives
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Share best practices and regulatory insights across teams to strengthen organizational capability
Support the development of internal processes that enhance regulatory efficiency and responsiveness
What You Bring:
4–8 years of experience in utility regulation, energy policy, or related field
Demonstrated experience in regulatory filings, proceedings, and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with state commission processes and energy industry dynamics
Ability to synthesize complex regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance
Collaborative mindset with a focus on building relationships and delivering results
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $114,700 to $166,450 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
