In Ihrer Rolle als Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Mikroskopie & Materialographie unterstützen Sie unser Mikroskopie‑Team bei der Durchführung materialographischer und mikroskopischer Untersuchungen und übernehmen dabei verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten im Laboralltag. Start ab sofort. Unser Standort befindet sich in Berlin-Moabit. Ihren Einsatz vergüten wir mit einen Stundenlohn von 16,64 €.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Durchführung metallographischer und mikroskopischer Analysen (Licht- und Elektronenmikroskopie, EDX sowie weitere Verfahren) im Rahmen standardisierter Prozesse
• Materialographische Präparation von Schliffen (Einbetten, Schleifen, Polieren) gemäß internen Vorgaben und SOPs
• Erfassung und Bewertung grundlegender Gefügemerkmale unter Anleitung erfahrener Kollegen (m/w/d)
• Unterstützung in der Schadensanalyse durch Vorbereitungsarbeiten, Probenhandling und strukturierte Datendokumentation
• Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Pflege standardisierter Untersuchungsmethoden
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen wie Messwerttabellen, Routineauswertungen und einfacher Probenberichte
• Aktive Anwendung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems (ISO 9001 und ISO 17025)

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Laufendes Studium in einem natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fach (z. B. Werkstoffwissenschaften oder Physik)
• Interesse an Materialcharakterisierung, Metallographie oder Mikroskopie
• Zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise – auch bei Routineaufgaben
• Grundkenntnisse in MS Office; erste Labor- oder Mikroskopieerfahrung sind ein Plus
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an praktischer Laborarbeit
• Sie arbeiten ca. 15–20 Stunden pro Woche
