Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als Werkstudent (d/m/w/x) bist du für die Organisation, Planung und Koordination unserer internationalen KI-Eventformate verantwortlich.
• Die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Community sowie die Einführung und inhaltliche Umsetzung neuer Austausch- und Wissensformate gestaltest du aktiv mit.
• Du führst eigenverantwortlich redaktionelle Aufgaben, wie die Prüfung, Überarbeitung und Erstellung von Artikeln und Beiträgen rund um KI-Themen durch.
• Eingehende Anfragen aus der zentralen Mailbox koordinierst du und leitest sie gezielt an die Fachexperten (d/m/w/x) weiter.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du studierst Wirtschafts- oder Medieninformatik, Informationsdesign, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Du brennst dafür, Künstliche Intelligenz verständlich, zugänglich und erlebbar zu machen.

• Dein Interesse gilt digitalen Produkten, aktuellen KI-Trends und innovativen Community-Formaten.

• Du hast Freude daran, komplexe KI-Themen für ein breites Publikum verständlich aufzubereiten.

• Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen mit Content-Management-Systemen, im Community Management oder mit Grafik-/Videotools sammeln können.

• Du bringst sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools und Themen ein.

• Optimalerweise verfügst du bereits über erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI-Tools (z.B. Chatbots, Generative AI).

• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, denn bei uns lernst du voneinander, inspirierst einander und hast Freude daran, Neues auszuprobieren.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
