Position Overview

We are seeking a Web Specialist with a strong focus on SEO to manage, optimize, and expand our digital footprint. This role is responsible for web page creation and maintenance, on-site SEO and GEO optimization, link-building, and ensuring site architecture supports both user experience and search visibility. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with content optimization skills to drive measurable improvements in organic traffic and lead generation.

Responsibilities

Website Management and Optimization

  • Create, update, and maintain company web pages and blogs, including where needed, copywriting, page structure optimization, CTA placement, and conversion optimization;
  • Ensure site architecture and hierarchy support usability and SEO best practices;
  • Implement on-site SEO and GEO optimization strategies to improve rankings and visibility;
  • Fix technical issues impacting organic visibility, collaborating closely with the developers team;

SEO Strategy and Execution

  • Conduct keyword and topic research to guide content development;
  • Develop and execute link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority;
  • Monitor and optimize site performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO factors;
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify crawl issues, broken links, duplicate content, and indexing errors;
  • Implement schema markup and structured data to improve search visibility and rich results;
  • Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization and geo-targeted landing pages;
  • Monitor competitor websites and strategies to identify opportunities and gaps;
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Optimize Coherent's presence within AI-powered search ecosystems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.);
  • Develop tactics to improve visibility and citation frequency in AI-generated results;

Content and Social Integration

  • Collaborate with content creators to align topics with SEO opportunities
  • Optimize content for keywords, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking;
  • Publish organic social posts to promote new web pages and blogs;
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across digital channels;

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on SEO performance metrics including rankings, traffic, and conversions;
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Maintain and leverage SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console;

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in website management, page optimization, SEO management, preferably in B2B technology or software services;
  • Strong knowledge of on-site SEO, link-building, and technical SEO;
  • Experience with structured data and schema markup and its impact on SERP features;
  • Proven track record in local SEO and geo-targeted campaigns;
  • Ability to conduct competitive SEO analysis and translate findings into actionable strategies;
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Hubspot);
  • Advanced proficiency in SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog);
  • English language proficiency required; Russian language skills preferred but not required;
