Job Title: Brand Manager Injectable Aesthetics Benelux

Location: Breda, The Netherlands

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our Injectable Aesthetics (IA) team at Galderma, focusing on driving Sales and Brand awareness in the Benelux region (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg).

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing product and brand management plans and processes to maximize the appeal of our products to target customers. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of our brands, in line with our Integrated Dermatology Strategy.

The role reports to IA Benelux Marketing Manager.

Strategy and business planning

  • Deliver ideas  and proposals to grow your brands and challenge the status quo, exploring new opportunities.

  • Implement the brand strategies delivered by Global, and adapt to local market needs.

  • Develop Annual Brand Plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, owning subsequent implementation and demand/financial forecasting of brands (at SKU level).

  • Support with development and implementation of appropriate product pricing and promotional strategies.

Monitor and analyze

  • Monitor the market, HCP trends and needs, as well as the competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Present these findings during internal meetings and Cycle meetings.

  • Analyze and follow-up the sales data against the KPI’s and ROI of marketing activities the activities implemented (ROI) and report to management.

  • Monitors effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics and coordinate within the IA team to monitor product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments.

  • Conduct frequently field visit and build strong relations with KOLs as well as defined strategic key and corporate accounts.

  • Manage the demand forecasts together with Benelux demand planner.

  • Manage the marketing spend budget.

Drive Business targets for your Brands

  • Execute 360° innovative marketing programs to build brands, support accounts, consumer awareness and strengthen B2B, B2B2C and B2C communication, to drive awareness and traffic to clinics.

  • Lead the creation of innovative campaigns for Corporate/Key Accounts to drive long-term partnership building (joint business planning) from a marketing perspective. Includes the co-development of trade marketing and digital campaigns to engage, attract and convert patients.

  • Localize the Brand campaigns and materials delivered by Global for the 3 BNL markets, according to market needs: NL/VL/Wallonia, aligned with local Compliance, Regulatory and Medical regulations.

  • Develop and implement HCP detailing materials for the Account Managers.

  • Interaction with HCPs during several events and occasions:

    • Congresses (local and international)

    • GAIN events

    • Field visits together with Sales Force

    • Support in the organization of Medical Advisory boards

  • Drive consumer demand and  patient awareness:

    • Develop a digital strategy to drive online penetration for your brands

    • Develop communication to educate patients / raise awareness on aesthetic treatments via relevant media channels

    • Intensify social media presence for your brands. Build a content calendar, using Global and local assets.

Connect with your stakeholders

  • You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Head of Sales, Cluster Business Unit Head, Global Marketing, Medical team, Compliance, Regulatory, GAIN Manager, Sales Manager, Account managers and Sales/Marketing Coordinator

  • You will work closely with external trainers and KOLs, HCPs and consumers.

  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers and Galderma colleagues and participate in relevant cross-functional meetings.

  • Understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns and advise colleagues, managers, customers, and key stakeholders

  • Provide product and brand guidance to line managers and colleagues

  • Report adverse events and complaints according to procedure to internal RA/Medical Team

Skills & Qualifications

  • This position requires a university or bachelor degree in business economics, marketing or communication.

  • Driver license is mandatory.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management in a B2C setting, particularly managing brands in (medical) aesthetics/Cosmetics/OTC.

  • Strong understanding of the medical aesthetic market landscape, the injectable aesthetics business and trends would be an asset.

  • Digital Marketing experience- creating and executing 360° marketing campaigns, including success with digital/social, to drive brand awareness and conversion.

  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French would be an asset.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex issues and influence others.

  • Demonstrated hands-on approach with high flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
