Warranty Trainee

Job Summary
The Warranty Trainee will learn and assist in the administration and processing of warranty claims, supporting the quality and customer service departments.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the documentation and data entry of warranty claims received from customers and dealers.
* Learn to analyze reported product defects and identify potential root causes under supervision.
* Support the warranty team in communicating with customers and internal departments regarding claim status and required information.
* Help maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and resolutions.
* Participate in training sessions to understand product specifications, warranty policies, and quality control procedures.
* Assist with preparing basic reports on warranty claim trends and resolutions.
* Shadow experienced warranty personnel to understand the full warranty claims process from submission to closure.

Job Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or vocational training is a plus.
* Basic understanding of mechanical or automotive components is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
