We’re seeking an operations-focused leader to manage up to 40 associates in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with complex client needs and limited systems (with upgrades expected by 2027). This person should have strong IC experience (lot control, FEFO, QA audits), be hands-on with real-time coaching, and able to quickly resolve operational challenges. Strong communication, adaptability, and a focus on safety and engagement are key, along with comfort in a scrappy setting and exposure to system conversions. The facility has frozen, refrigerated, and ambient zones, operating Sunday–Thursday from 5:00 AM–1:00 PM (with slight shifts as business needs change).
Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
