Job Summary: As a Legal Administrative Specialist (Litigation Support) at the GS-0901-14, you will be part of the eDiscovery & Information Governance Division (eDIG), Office of General Counsel, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for the development of plans, methods, and procedures for the implementation of the agency's litigation support program and assist the Litigation Support Manager with overseeing the end-user workflow performed by personnel in eDIG.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: For the GS-14: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in Federal service. Specialized experience includes experience working with software applications used in litigation support and e-discovery, including Relativity/RelOne; handling requests for Electronically Stored Information in response to pre-trial discovery motions, subpoenas, congressional inquiries, and Freedom of Information Act requests; and using the LexisNexis CaseMap suite, including CaseMap and TextMap to advise attorneys on its use in the development of case management approaches and strategies. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 14 level.
