Job Description:

These locations also serve our customers on the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Our Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer accounts and that all items ordered are received.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, shift start at approximately 4:00 PM until job completion (will vary due to business needs).
The expected pay range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary, depending on experience. Job Duties:
Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly
Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel
Manage and develop night shift personnel
Maintain quality standards for order selection
Employee time reporting oversight/approvals
Maintain all safety activities for the night shift
Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner
Maintains warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of previous management experience in warehouse/distribution environment
Experience and knowledge with applicable federal regulations pertaining to the company's business operations including OSHA
Strong computer and technology skills
Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as a team member
Must be flexible to work multiple shifts
