Role Summary/Purpose:
This position is a leadership role responsible for leading the Technology Supplier Management Strategy and execution across multiple technology teams and the function-wide supplier base aligned to Business, Customer and Client Software and Applications as well as Professional Services. This role will manage a small team but will require extensive interaction with Business Functional, Technology, Sourcing Commodity, Supplier Management, Legal and Risk Leaders.
The individual will work closely with and across teams within Technology, Risk Management, Sourcing, Legal and executive management. The role requires a strong leader who can elevate the core capabilities of Technology Supplier Management through influence, analytics and decision making such that the function is establishing and upholding supplier strategy in alignment with the overall Technology strategy.
The candidate will need to successfully build relationships with Senior Technology leaders, Risk and Audit leaders and their leadership teams and the various stakeholders throughout the organization to facilitate and influence change.

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop, coach and mentor team to create a high performing team
Directly support SVP, Technology Supplier Management to ensure timely and efficient execution of all supplier management strategic, governance, and oversight routines
Provide Supplier Management services to Senior Executives, specifically for Business Systems and Technology, Customer Systems and Technology, Retail Card, Care Credit and Payment Solution Technology and Innovation platform leaders and their respective organizations
Provide input and support to Technology Supplier Management organization for development and implementation of Technology Supplier strategies and outsourcing models
Ensure coordination and collaboration across Technology Supplier Management and broader Technology organization by partnering with Technology Supplier Managers, Sourcing Commodity Leaders as well as other business functional and technology leaders and driving appropriate connections between vertical and horizontal responsibilities
Support ongoing strategy & deliverables related to Technology Contingent Workers utilization across all of Technology
Maintain full compliance to enterprise wide Supplier Management policies, procedures and standards
Lead a team of 2 employees supporting Technology Supplier Management responsibilities for: Supplier Monitoring, external Technology-based market analysis, alignment of Technology supplier base to overall Technology 2020 strategy, internal Technology relationship management, external supplier relationship management, Supplier risk and issue management and key supplier health / performance reporting, metrics and analytics
Deliver Technology responsibilities for all enterprise-wide Supplier Management requirements and mandates
Partner with Technology supplier management personnel to ensure quality and timely delivery of horizontal supplier management reporting, analytics, assessments and issue management
Support SVP, Technology Supplier Management to develop technology supplier risk themes and implement appropriate mitigations and initiatives across stated technology supplier risk areas
Support SVP, Technology Supplier Management as needed to develop and implement improvements to further the maturity of the Technology Supplier Management and related programs
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years of either Technology, Supplier Management or Procurement experience
Minimum 10 years of Project\Program Management experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of strong leadership which includes coaching, mentoring and performance development
Demonstrate experience of driving improvements across complex organizations and processes of varying levels of maturity
Strong presentation and communication skills with a demonstrated business presence while interacting with senior business executives Proven experience with partnering, collaborating and influencing across a large multilayered organization at all levels
Proven experience handling multiple, and competing priorities across all stakeholder groups and effectively resolving competing priorities and interests with minimal disruption
Experience acting as a strategic Technology business partner with senior leadership
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Desired Characteristics:
Experience with regulatory expectations such as FFIEC, NIST
Experience working with industry frameworks such as CobIT, ITIL
Strong PC skills including MS office tools
Action and detail oriented, excellent organization and prioritization skills
Independent worker with awareness of when to escalate and engage others
Proven experience executing with accuracy, on time and while dealing with ambiguity
Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement

Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
