VP Site Leader
General Job Summary
Oversight and guidance of assigned satellite office(s). Supports and engages with team to ensure continuity with TEL culture, smooth business operations and collaboration across multiple area projects/teams. Provides executive leadership presence to assigned office(s)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Site support management/advocacy across TEL.
- Interaction and indirect support for finance, human resources, legal, intellectual property, information technology, technology development, and facilities functions.
- IMI host relationship management.
- Collaborate with senior management to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Support local management in the execution of operational plans.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Supervisory and/or Leadership Responsibilities
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, empowering teams to innovate and apply best practices.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for emerging leaders within the organization.
- Act as a spokesperson for initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 25 years of progressive experience with semiconductor industry landscape plus SPE manufacturing / sales / service knowledge.
- 15 years of upline / executive experience covering a broad set of responsibilities / functions to include all aspects of personnel and business technical senior management functions
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
