Responsible for effective, efficiency, accurate & timely processing of Payroll process. This includes:

End to end salary processing

Employee reimbursement process

PF, Professional Tax, MLWF, ESIC

Full and final settlement process

Statutory Compliance management & co-ordination with the vendor incl. contract labour compliance, employment exchange etc. Global mobility process management including request management while maintaining exemplary employee experience Leading on-boarding & Background verification process management including candidate & employee experience. This includes implementing a new vendor; associated change management; effective reporting & management of new joiner survey Implementation of all India regulatory changes in policy and processes Ensuring end to end process controls & risk management across HR operations Focus on providing first level operational support to internal and external stakeholders Working closely with internal teams of HR process changes; improvements & automation. Participating in HR and organization wide projects & contribute to evolution of function
