GN is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to own Engage AI — our fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS offering that delivers real-time voice intelligence to the contact center market. In this role you will set the vision, own the P&L, and lead a cross‑functional team combining startup agility with the scale and reach of a global market leader. You will be accountable for turning early traction into sustainable, global growth.

Key responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Engage AI, positioning it as a strategic growth pillar within Jabra.
Pursue commercial growth: increase ARR, user adoption, and market share through direct and partner-led go‑to‑market models.
Lead product and technology priorities: own the roadmap and balance innovation, customer needs, and scalability.
Own pricing, packaging, positioning, and enablement to enhance competitive differentiation and accelerate sales.
Build and expand strategic alliances and channel partnerships that leverage Jabra’s presence in the contact center ecosystem.
Manage the business P&L, KPIs, resourcing, and forecasting, ensuring disciplined execution and financial performance.
Build, inspire, and develop a well-rounded cross-functional team across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Represent Engage AI externally with customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and media as a visible thought leader for AI-driven customer engagement.
Qualifications and experience
Demonstrated senior leadership experience in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven businesses.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and commercial growth levers.
Demonstrated ability to scale new business lines or startup ventures inside a larger organization.
Skilled product and technology acumen with the ability to translate market insight into compelling solutions.
Extensive experience with B2B go‑to‑market and channel-led growth models.
Adept stakeholder management and communication skills, with executive presence.
A resourceful mindset focused on aligning strategic ideals with tangible results.
