  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with strategic goals.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Create compelling partner-facing presentations, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports that communicate insights and opportunities with clarity and polish.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate marketing submissions, co-branded initiatives, and campaign deliverables in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Negotiation & Renewals: Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations that secure long-term partnership value.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Analyze brand performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Marketing to deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, project management, or client partnerships, preferably within B2B, design, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships while staying deeply involved in executional details.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills - comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation design and communication skills; ability to craft professional decks, reports, and proposals that influence executive audiences.
  • Solid analytical foundation; fluent in Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and performance dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams on co-branded initiatives and submissions.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—equally skilled in strategy, follow-through, and problem-solving.
  • Unwavering accountability, adaptability, and drive to deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast to meet with partners and teams.
