As a Video Production Coordinator, you will support the Culture team by handling the day-to-day administrative and logistical details that keep video projects organized and running smoothly. You’ll assist with scheduling, communication, and project prep to ensure each production is well-coordinated from start to finish. This role blends organization, communication, and problem-solving as you anticipate needs, keep details moving, and help production plans come together seamlessly, all while partnering closely with the Video and Culture teams.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Coordinate production logistics, including schedules, timelines, and resources. Track details, confirm requirements with stakeholders, and keep tasks on schedule.
Assist with various production duties on shoot days alongside pre- and post-shoot responsibilities.
Manage shoot preparation, secure locations, arrange casting, book vendors, and coordinating props, equipment, and supplies. Assist with various production duties on shoot days alongside pre- and post-shoot responsibilities.
Serve as the on-set logistics contact. Welcome participants, share instructions, manage catering, and keep the production schedule running on time.
Track and maintain video team resources, including studio space, equipment, and props. Support purchases, rentals, and returns as needed.
Communicate regularly with the Creative Manager and project stakeholders to share updates, flag risks, and ensure smooth information flow across teams.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
