Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall success of Beacon Connect, including development, deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement
  • Manage rollout timelines, readiness, and communication across all locations
  • Coordinate and prioritize fixes and enhancements with the technology team
  • Partner with Operations to gather feedback and improve how Beacon Connect works in the field
  • Act as a customer‑facing leader, working directly with clients, operations teams, and technology partners
  • Resolve customer issues along with Client Relations related to Beacon Connect usage and performance
  • Maintain external market awareness, staying informed on industry trends, peer approaches, and customer expectations related to transportation technology and rider experience
  • Represent Beacon externally in customer presentations, industry forums, and relevant external discussions
  • Travel as needed to support deployments, training and gather feedback
  • Own the communication plan for Beacon Connect, including:
    • Leading bi‑weekly working meetings
    • Presenting on weekly regional meetings, leadership updates and calls
    • Written content within newsletters and internal updates
    • Managing content for regular updates to executives, leaders and the Board
    • Participate in leadership summit and key forums


How This Role Works

  • Serves as the single point of accountability for Beacon Connect
  • Brings together input from Operations, Technology, and Client Relations and external stakeholders, maps and translates pain points into clear product requirements
  • Resolves conflicts when teams have competing needs or priorities
  • Clearly articulate who owns what, when inputs are required, and how delays or gaps impact outcomes
  • Flags risks and issues early, before they become larger problems
  • Finds solutions, lays out clear options, and brings the right people together to make progress
  • Communicates clearly and directly, even when messages are difficult
  • Sets priorities and keeps teams moving forward with confidence and clarity
  • Enables fast decision-making and ensures that decisions are followed through and issues are closed
  • Maintains the culture with care while collaborating cross-functionally

  • Teams understand the tool, trust it, and know how to self-onboard a new hire or a customer
  • Rollouts are smooth and well‑communicated, issues are identified early and resolved quickly
  • Operations and clients feel heard and supported
  • Beacon Connect data can be mapped to deliver clear value
  • Ownership, processes, and communication are well‑established for what comes next, transition plan in place


Success Metrics

  • Beacon Connect Adoption (internal and external: above 90% for top 3 features)
  • Operations & Customer Satisfaction (feedback from internal and customer surveys)
