What Makes This Role Great
In this role, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating Trimble's 'One' Back-Office Ecosystem, directly influencing the speed and scale of our global growth and shaping the future of how a multi-billion dollar technology leader operates. You will steer the direction of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), collaborating directly with the CFO, CIO, and CAO to translate visionary strategy into flawless operational reality.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead the consolidation of legacy ERPs and boundary systems into a single, unified global ecosystem to enable seamless scalability.
Champion the implementation of AI and automated agentic workflows to revolutionize the accounting close process and operational efficiency.
Lead high-priority foundational initiatives including Legal Entity Rationalization and Master Data Governance to eliminate silos across global business segments.
Establish the gold standard for PMO governance and value realization, ensuring complex inter-dependencies are managed across Finance, IS, and Corporate functions.
Drive the design and standing of Global Business Services (GBS) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to optimize our global footprint and transactional finance processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
You have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years at the Executive/VP level leading business transformations.
You have successfully led a global on-premises to Cloud ERP migration within a complex, multi-entity environment.
You possess deep expertise in designing Global Business Services (GBS) and scaling transactional finance processes like O2C, R2R, and P2P.
You are a master of matrix fluency, with a proven ability to influence and lead across diverse functions including Finance, IS, and Sales.
You have a BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems with a strong foundation in modern tech stacks and generative AI deployment.
Bonus Points For
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with SOX remediation and implementing embedded automated controls.
Proven success in managing the human element of change and mitigating resistance in a global workforce.
